Chief Operating Officer

Victoria Coleman

With a flair for organisation and management, I am a Producer who takes on projects both big and small, always eager to deliver the highest standard.

Having worked within larger teams on content for Sheffield DocFest, The University of Salford, and grassroots charity FungAll, to working on more short-form personal projects such as Finding Home and Work of Art, I am excited to continue creating impactful and thought-provoking content from start to finish.

M Frances Gilsenan

I am a dedicated and tenacious documentary creator with a strong foundation in journalism, research, and scriptwriting. I am eager to produce creative and artful content that also challenges and inspires. 

I have addressed tough topics in my work such as the UK prison system, and the issues within the criminal justice system. I am constantly striving to raise awareness and ignite meaningful discussions, as well as creating equal opportunities for other working class creators.

My previous experience includes working as a production assistant for True North, writing and assistant directing a CBBC pilot History Hunters (2025), creating the documentaries Poets Talk Politics (2024) and Not Enough Evidence (2025), assistant directed the 2022 short film Belial and I also directed C*ck Therapy (2021) during the Manchester Fringe Festival.

Pilvi Korhonen

I am a passionate and proactive creative professional with experience in content creation, collaborative production workflows, and project management across documentary and digital media.

During my career I have gained substantial hands-on experience in various roles within different production phases, mastering camera operating, producing and directing as well as the post-production process. My projects include BBC Disclosure short documentary My Death, My Choice?, a RTS Scotland Student Award Nominated documentary film From Care to Hair, and promotional commissions for Manchester based companies such as FungALL and HER Productions.

Bianca Di Lella

With a strong experimental approach, I am an editor interested in documentary and narrative projects that demand sensitivity, rhythm, and boldness. I view editing as a storytelling tool and a creative dialogue with the director, capable of shaping authentic and original stories.

Previously, I have worked as a filmmaker on social content for the Museo Galleria dell’Accademia di Firenze through the Open-Art project (2021), and on personal short films such as Cuore di Cane (2021), Cosa sarà (2023), and Say It Again? (2025).

​

In 2024, I moved to Manchester to pursue an MA in Editing, which allowed me to collaborate with Brickhouse Productions as an Editor and Administration Assistant, participate in the Waterloo Road workshop through Screening Manchester, and gain shadowing and runner experience at HOME Post Production. At the same time, I worked as editor on Victoria Coleman’s documentary Finding Home (2025) and the short film Breaking Down Home (2025), directed by Taona Matope.
